It doesn’t take any legal knowledge, or very much intelligence for that matter, to recognize the unconstitutional nature of Barack Obama’s health care law. If there was any doubt, Justice Kennedy’s statement “you can’t create commerce to legislate it” was proof enough of that fact. So far, the government doesn’t have complete totalitarian control of America. However, if this law is allowed to stand, it will be just the beginning of government control over our lives in any area they desire.
With the recent “shot across the bow” the President took at the court calling the striking down of his healthcare law an unprecedented act of judicial activism, it’s easy to see that even he knows this law is unconstitutional. America can only hope that the conservative justices on the Supreme Court will vote this legislation down as it should be. However, we will then be left with the alternatives the liberals will enact to support this massive choke and puke on the American people. Let us hope and pray that some Democrat Senators are defeated in the coming November elections.
